This comprehensive course is an overhaul in your thinking.  You will be introduced to insights that will transform the way you see yourself, others and even God.  It will give you the practical tools you need to strengthen your life, your relationships, your career, your moods, and your ability to help others.  It is a very practical blend of life skills, relational skills, pastoral skills, psychology, and theology.

Since its inception in 1993 by David Riddell, this course has been widely attended by more than 3000 students from all walks of life. Many have reported that this school was a pivotal point in their life.

This course can be run as either:

• 10 day intensive – Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm
• Evening classes
• Saturday seminars – The school is broken into10 stand alone Saturday seminars that are linked and expanded through a monthly Friday night debrief, supervised journaling, a counselling session, as well as including the full Manual and Daily Insights.

A general overview:

• Essentials of mental and emotional health.
  Understand how the mind works.  The different dynamics in your thinking that influence your moods, decision making, and behaviour.  Find real answers to dealing with hang ups, hurts, and habits.
• Relationships – Analysing good ones, repairing bad ones.
  Issues such as trust, forgiveness, negotiation skills and assertiveness are explored.  Learn to live successfully with the people in your home.
• Moods – anger, fear, anxiety, depression, grief.  Getting beyond the usual clichéd responses.
• Counselling topics – tools & traps of the counsellor, empowering questions and truth coaches, etc.
• A look at theology – recognising signs of toxic religion, legalism, control, fatalism.  A fresh look at faith and grace from the Bible.
